Role & responsibilities
Lead overall quality standards and QA processes for hardwood products.
Ensure quality of raw wood, construction, joinery, dimensions, and moisture content.
Monitor sanding, staining, polishing, finishing, and workmanship.
Conduct and oversee PPM, factory audits, inline, pre-final, and final inspections.
Identify major defects such as warping, cracking, splitting, joint failure, and colour variation.
Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement.
Monitor supplier quality, rejection rates, quality KPIs, and customer complaints.
Lead and develop the QA team and ensure compliance with approved standards.
