Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales of Gearbox Gear Motor products.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate industrial sales leads.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable power transmission solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
Build strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders, and channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support.
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Required Skills
Experience in Gearbox, Gear Motor, or industrial product sales.
Strong understanding of power transmission systems and industrial applications.
Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits across Gujarat and nearby regions.
