Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely closures and meet recruitment targets.
Skills Required:
1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Positive sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
