ORDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (Experience)

JOB PURPOSE:
Manage customer orders from order receipt to final dispatch, ensuring stock availability, accurate order processing, timely dispatch, and coordination with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive, verify, and process customer/dealer orders.
Check ACP stock availability and allocate materials for orders.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics teams.
Track pending orders and ensure on-time dispatch.
Verify product specifications, quantity, and dispatch documents.
Coordinate vehicle loading and delivery with the logistics team.
Maintain order, stock, and dispatch records.
Prepare daily/weekly order status and stock reports.




Identify stock shortages and coordinate with Production/Purchase for availability.
Ensure physical stock and system stock are properly maintained.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
2–5 years of experience in ACP / Aluminium / Warehouse / Order Management.
Positive knowledge of ACP products, stock, and dispatch processes.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP.
Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED
Candidates with previous ACP Warehouse In-Charge experience will be preferred.
