Role & responsibilities
Administer and manage project contracts from award through closure.
Provide contractual guidance to project and management teams on commercial and contractual matters.
Lead preparation, assessment, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT), variation, disruption, delay, and cost claims.
Develop claim strategies and ensure proper documentation and substantiation of contractual entitlements.
Handle arbitration, dispute resolution, adjudication, and related legal proceedings in coordination with external counsels.
Review and interpret contract conditions, identify risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
Support tender reviews and contract negotiations from a commercial and contractual perspective.
Monitor contractual compliance and ensure protection of the company's commercial interests.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders on contractual and claim-related matters.
Preferred candidate profile
Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in Contract Administration and Commercial Management.
1925 years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Real Estate sectors.
Proven expertise in Claims Management, Arbitration, Contract Negotiation, and Dispute Resolution.
Sound understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
Robust commercial acumen, analytical skills, and contractual drafting capabilities.
Ability to independently manage high-value contractual and arbitration matters.
