We are hiring a clinical psychologist (0-2 years experience)

Psych Residency, India's clinical practice accelerator for early mental health professionals, is hiring a clinical psychologist to join our core team.

This is not a session delivery role. You will work directly with our facilitators, Karishma Mehra and Purvi Balasaria, on curriculum design and community building for the practitioners going through our program.

About Psych Residency

We run small, supervised cohorts for early-career therapists who want to move from textbook training to real clinical practice. Our facilitators bring over 20 years of combined clinical experience.

Role and Responsibilities

- Support curriculum design for the program, translating clinical concepts and case-based thinking into structured, teachable material
- Work closely with facilitators to review and refine session content, case studies, and supervision material
- Research and stay current on clinical frameworks, therapeutic approaches, and practice standards relevant to early-career psychologists
- Build and maintain community engagement across cohorts, including responding to participant queries, following up between sessions, and supporting discussion
- Help document and organize clinical resources, reading material, and reference content for the program
- Assist in identifying gaps in current training content and proposing improvements based on participant feedback
- Support day-to-day coordination between facilitators and the cohort

Requirements

- Master's degree in clinical psychology,



counselling psychology, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of clinical or applied experience, including internships, supervised practicum, or early practice
- Solid grounding in psychological theory with genuine interest in how it applies in real clinical settings
- Comfortable writing and structuring content: this role involves regular documentation and material development
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, for community-facing work
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage recurring tasks without heavy supervision
- Based in or willing to work in alignment with Noida or Delhi NCR working hours

Good to have

- Prior experience assisting with training, teaching, or curriculum work in any capacity
- Familiarity with running or supporting community spaces, cohorts, or peer groups
- Interest in the business and delivery side of mental health practice, not only the clinical side
