Job Overview:
Support the continuous improvement of the staffing function through the development and implementation of staffing programs for assigned business units/departments, primarily within a designated geography. Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities and partner with management teams to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent.
Job Responsibility:
- Partner with management in assigned business units to source, select, and hire qualified candidates using cost-effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and publish job postings across relevant hiring platforms.
- Screen applications and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate recruitment advertising activities across multiple channels.
- Participate in job fairs and build relationships with colleges, universities, alumni groups, and professional organizations.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and utilize online sourcing platforms to identify talent.
- Meet with business leaders and executive management to define staffing objectives and ensure hiring goals are achieved.
- Train and guide hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and selection best practices.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure compliance with local and regional hiring regulations and applicant tracking requirements.
- Monitor market trends and talent availability, partnering with compensation teams on salary benchmarking and offer decisions.
- Provide timely recruitment and workforce-related updates to management.
- Support business development activities and financial targets where applicable.
Technical/Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Clinical Hiring experience
- Bulk Hiring expertise
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Market intelligence and talent mapping experience
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Valuable to have Skills/Experience:
- Healthcare, Clinical Research, CRO, Pharma, or Life Sciences hiring experience
- Campus recruitment and employer branding experience
- Recruitment agency/vendor management
- Experience working in a global or multi-location hiring environment
- Exposure to workforce planning and compensation benchmarking
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate Degree
- Specialization in Human Resources preferred
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage
