Job Requirements

Role Summary: The Clinical Business Analyst acts as a critical bridge between the Business users and the IT technical team. This role is responsible for engaging with clinical stakeholders, capturing operational needs, and translating complex business requirements into actionable functional and technical specifications for IT execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business & IT Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between clinical business stakeholders and IT development/delivery teams to ensure alignment on system features, goals, and delivery schedules.

Requirements Elicitation & Management: Gather, analyze, document, and manage detailed functional and non-functional requirements (User Stories, Process Flows, Use Cases).

Domain & Veeva Integration: Leverage clinical trial domain knowledge and Veeva platform experience to evaluate business processes and recommend system optimizations.

Bridge Communication: Translate high-level business goals and clinical processes into technical specifications for development teams,



and explain technical constraints back to business teams in clear, accessible terms.

UAT & Validation Support: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defining test scenarios, test scripts, and helping stakeholders validate system behavior against clinical requirement standards.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Clinical Domain Expertise: Solid experience working within the Clinical/Life Sciences domain (e.g., Clinical Trials, Clinical Operations, eTMF, CTMS, or Regulatory Affairs).

Veeva Experience: Minimum 6+ months of hands-on exposure to Veeva Vault systems (e.g., Veeva Vault Clinical, eTMF, CTMS).

Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written English communication skills, with proven ability to lead workshops and present to global business and IT stakeholders.

Business Analysis: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement documentation, and process modeling using Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
