Company Description Synapse Vertigo & Hearing Care is a state-of-the-art Advanced Audio-Vestibular Diagnostic & Rehabilitative Centre based in Faridabad. The center offers specialized services such as videonystagmography, energetic visual acuity testing, posturography, diagnostic audiology, speech and language pathology, and comprehensive hearing aid services. Care is delivered by a multidisciplinary team that includes ENT surgeons, audiologists, and physiotherapists with strong expertise in vestibular and auditory rehabilitation.

The clinic focuses on evidence-based evaluation and treatment, aiming to improve functional outcomes and quality of life for individuals with vertigo, balance, and hearing disorders.

Role Description The Clinical Audiologist will provide full-time, on-site clinical services at our South Delhi location.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive audiological assessments, interpreting diagnostic test results, and documenting findings in a clear and timely manner. The role involves recommending and fitting hearing aids, performing device verification and validation, and providing ongoing follow-up care and counseling.

The Clinical

Audiologist will collaborate with ENT specialists and other allied health professionals to design individualized management plans, support aural rehabilitation, and contribute to patient education.



Additional duties include maintaining clinical equipment, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, and participating in clinical case discussions and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Audiology and Diagnostic Audiology, with the ability to perform and interpret a range of hearing and balance assessments.
- Skills in Hearing Aid Dispensing, including selection, fitting, programming, verification, and patient counseling on device use and care.
- Experience in Aural Rehabilitation, focusing on auditory training, communication strategies, and long-term hearing management support.
- Competence in Speech and Speech Therapy-related collaboration, including working alongside speech-language professionals in integrated care plans.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Speech and Hearing (or equivalent recognized qualification).
- Relevant professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a structured clinical schedule.
- Prior experience in vestibular assessment and rehabilitation is an advantage.
