Role Description The Client Services Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding client objectives, and ensuring that digital campaigns and projects are delivered on time and in line with expectations. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports and presentations, following up on action items, and proactively addressing client questions or concerns.

The Client Services

Executive will monitor project performance, support strategic recommendations,



and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves documenting client feedback, identifying opportunities for account growth, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Experience in Business Relationship Management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance, and preparing clear client reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English is must and the ability to present ideas confidently.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Freshers are also accepted for this position.
