Role Description The Client Servicing Director is a full-time, in office role based in Goregaon, responsible for leading client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery across campaigns. This role oversees account strategy, briefs, and project timelines, coordinating closely with creative, digital, media, and production teams to meet client objectives, particularly for Tier 2/3 and rural markets. The Director will manage key client portfolios, conduct regular review meetings, track performance, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.





Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising client servicing teams, resolving escalations, maintaining service standards, and aligning internal resources with client expectations and budgets. The role also involves contributing to new business pitches, collaborating with finance for accurate billing and forecasting, and representing Eggfirst as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong client services and customer service skills, with a track record of managing key accounts and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present strategies, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive problem-solving and service quality management.
- Sound understanding of finance in an agency context, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and overseeing billing accuracy.
- Proven experience in advertising or digital marketing, preferably with exposure to semi-urban, Tier 2/3, or rural markets in India.
- Ability to lead and mentor client servicing teams, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with comfort in using data and campaign metrics to inform decisions.
