About The Kala Vault The Kala Vault is an artwork rental platform that provides curated artworks to businesses and individuals through flexible subscription plans. We aim to make art more accessible by helping clients integrate thoughtfully selected artworks into their spaces.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager who has a strong appreciation for art and excellent communication and presentation skills. The role involves representing The Kala Vault in client interactions, presenting our services and artwork collections, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

● Represent The Kala Vault during meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective clients and partners.

● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable artwork solutions and subscription plans.

● Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, interior designers, hospitality companies, collectors, and individual clients.





● Present the company's offerings professionally and communicate the value of artwork rental services.

● Support client onboarding and contribute to business development initiatives.

● Stay informed about artists, artworks, and trends within the art ecosystem.

Qualifications

● Demonstrated knowledge of art, paintings, and the broader art industry.

● Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Skilled and client-focused approach to relationship management.

● Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.

● Prior experience in client relations, art consulting, gallery operations, sales, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
