RAJASAB is a bespoke menswear house in Worli, Mumbai. We make suits, jackets, shirts and trousers to measure for clients in India and Europe. We need one person to own the client side of every order, from the first visit to the final fitting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Receive clients at the store, understand what they want, and take the order accurately.
Take measurements and conduct trial fittings with the Master. Note every alteration clearly.
Enter each order, measurement and fitting note into our CRM the same day. Order accuracy is the job.
Keep clients informed on delivery dates and follow up until the garment is handed over.
Coordinate with the workshop on timelines and priorities.
WHAT WE NEED
2+ years in menswear retail, bespoke tailoring, or luxury client service.
You can measure a client and run a fitting, or have worked closely with a master tailor.
Comfortable with a CRM or order software. Explicit written English. Hindi or Marathi for the workshop.
Presentable, punctual, calm with demanding clients. Six-day week, store hours, Worli.
