आवश्यकता के अनुसार पूरे दिन बर्तनों की सफाई एवं धुलाई करना। ओपन किचन होने के कारण किचन की स्वच्छता एवं साफ-सफाई का नियमित रूप से ध्यान रखना तथा गंदा होने पर तुरंत सफाई करना। स्टोरेज रैक की प्रतिदिन सफाई एवं व्यवस्थित रख-रखाव सुनिश्चित करना। समय उपलब्ध होने पर रेफ्रिजरेटर की नियमित सफाई करना। सब्ज़ियों की कटिंग एवं चॉपिंग करना। किचन एवं डाइनिंग एरिया की टेबलों की नियमित सफाई करना। कार्यस्थल पर स्वच्छता, साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन के निर्धारित मानकों को बनाए रखना। The person will support the day-to-day operation of Daddu’s Biryani, including: Packing biryani and other food orders properly Preparing takeaway and delivery orders Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen work Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, counter, utensils and work area Receiving and arranging stock/material Helping with portioning and serving food Coordinating orders for Swiggy/Zomato and Porter/Rapido/Borzo deliveries Assisting customers at the counter when required Giving customers complimentary biryani samples as instructed Maintaining hygiene and proper food-handling practices Helping with opening and closing activities of the outlet
