HIRING – PLANT HEAD / SENIOR MANAGER | PSC SLEEPER PLANT

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head / Senior Manager to lead a newly establishing PSC Railway Sleeper Manufacturing Plant in India.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 20+ years

Preferred candidates

⭐ Ex-Indian Railways / Metro / Railway Track professionals with relevant sleeper, track or precast concrete experience are strongly preferred.

Key requirements

Experience in PSC Sleeper Manufacturing – Long Line, Carousel, Conventional & Stressing Bench systems

Plant erection, commissioning & stabilization experience

Production, Quality, Maintenance and Cost Control

Production planning, scheduling and machine utilization

Robust understanding of railway-track and sleeper requirements

Experience with Automatic Carousel-Based Sleeper Plants is highly preferred
