Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (RMP) is a unique Training and Research Academy dedicated to grooming socio-political activists into effective leaders. Established in 1982 as a memorial to Late Rambhau Mhalgi, RMP addresses the global crisis of leadership by offering structured training, orientation, and research-based programs. Inspired by the vision of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, the academy focuses on nurturing capable leaders who can positively influence politics, business, academics, culture, social service, and sports.

RMP serves as a centre for public-awakening activities and research projects, providing a dynamic setting for individuals committed to shaping a better future.

Role Description The Civil Supervisor will oversee day-to-day civil works at the RMP campus, ensuring that construction, maintenance, and repair activities are executed according to design specifications,



safety standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities include site supervision, coordination with contractors and vendors, monitoring quality of materials and workmanship, maintaining site records, and reporting progress to project leadership. The role will also involve resolving on-site issues, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations, and supporting planning of civil projects and upgrades. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mira Bhayandar.

Key Requirements:

- Knowledge of civil works, building repairs and maintenance
- Ability to supervise and coordinate civil works Experience in correspondence/coordination with
- Government authorities will be preferred
