Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Lucknow.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering projects, including infrastructure works, site development, and heritage-related construction. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing project drawings and specifications, coordinating with architects, contractors, and government authorities, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and tender requirements.



The role also involves conducting site inspections, monitoring project progress, managing quality control, and supporting stormwater management and other public works systems.

The Civil

Engineer will contribute to project documentation, cost estimates, and schedules while promoting safe work practices and sustainable engineering solutions.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for infrastructure planning, structural layouts, and technical documentation.
- Planning and Stormwater Management skills to support site development, drainage systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on government or large-scale construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Experience with heritage or public infrastructure projects is an advantage.
