Job SummaryWe are looking for a Fresher Civil Site Engineer to support and monitor daily construction activities at project sites. The candidate will work under senior engineers/site supervisors and gain hands-on experience in site execution, measurements, quality checking, drawings, and project coordination . Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers in managing daily site construction activities .
Monitor work as per approved civil/structural drawings and specifications . Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and site supervisors. Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Take and maintain site measurements and basic quantity calculations. Assist in checking RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work .
Ensure work is executed according to the required dimensions, levels, and alignment.
Maintain daily site progress reports and work records . Assist with material planning and ensure proper utilization of materials. Identify site issues and report them to the senior engineer/project manager.
Follow and promote safety standards and site discipline . Assist in monitoring project progress and completion timelines. Participate in site inspections and coordinate with different teams. *Only Freshers Candidate Can apply
