About the Role

We are looking for a young, energeticand entrepreneurial qualified to lead ACIC and buildits grassroots innovation ecosystem across Himachal Pradesh and the region. This is not a traditional CEO role. It is a builder's role.

You will be expected to go beyond the campus - discover innovators, understand local challenges, build relationships with communities and institutions, and create pathwaysto move grassroots innovation from the local ecosystem to sustainable impact.

What will you do?

- Discover and builda pipeline of grassrootsinnovators across the region.
- Identify real localproblems and create opportunities for innovation.
- Connect innovators with faculty,students, mentors, industry,government, funding and markets.




- Design and lead grassroots innovation programs, challenges and initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across the community, government, industry and innovation ecosystem.

Who are we lookingfor?

We are looking for someone with:

- Strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently start, build and execute
- Genuine interest in grassroots innovation and social impact
- Strong understanding of HimachalPradesh and its local ecosystem is highly preferred
- Hindi/regional language proficiency is an advantage

5years of experience is preferred, but not a strict requirement. Young professionals, entrepreneurs and ecosystem builder returning to work are encouraged to apply.
