WE’RE HIRING | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Avyanna Aviation, one of India’s leading Flight Training Organisations, is looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team as we scale rapidly and prepare for our future journey towards the public markets.

The CFO will work closely with the Founders and Board and lead:

- Financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting & MIS
- IPO readiness, DRHP/RHP and capital-market processes
- Ind AS, SEBI ICDR/LODR preparedness & corporate governance
- Audit, taxation, internal financial controls & compliance
- Debt/equity fundraising, treasury & banking relationships
- Investor relations and institutional stakeholder management
- Aircraft financing/leasing, capex & financial risk management
- Building and leading a high-performing finance team

Ideal Candidate

- Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred
- 15–20+ years of finance leadership experience
- CFO / Deputy CFO / VP Finance / Financial Controller experience




- Prior Mainboard IPO and/or listed-company experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial controls and capital markets
- Experience working with merchant bankers, auditors, legal counsel and institutional investors
- High-ownership, entrepreneurial and execution-driven mindset

Experience in aviation, infrastructure, logistics, transportation or other asset-intensive businesses would be advantageous.
