We’re Hiring — Chess Coach | Night Shift / Early morning IST

Role Description : Sprint Quest Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Chess Coach to join our growing team and work with students from around the world.

This is an excellent opportunity for a FIDE rated player who enjoys teaching and wants a stable, long term coaching role.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct online chess classes
- Teach students from beginner to intermediate/advanced levels
- Record attendance
- Analyse student games and provide meaningful feedback
- Help students improve their tactical, strategic and positional understanding
- Prepare students for tournaments and competitive chess
- Build strong relationships with students and keep them motivated
- Conduct demo classes and help convert prospective students into regular students
- Encourage existing students to continue with their next course

Qualifications and Requirements :

- FIDE-rated player with a minimum rating of 1600
- 1+ year of chess coaching/teaching experience preferred
- Prior experience teaching children aged 5–16 is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of tactics, strategy, openings and endgames
- Ability to analyse games and explain concepts in a straightforward,



age appropriate manner
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Personal laptop/desktop with a working webcam and microphone
- Stable, high speed internet connection suitable for uninterrupted video classes

Compensation and Benifits :

- Monthly Salary: ₹40,000 + Incentives + Retention Bonus
- Working Schedule: 5 hours per day (4.5 hours teaching + 30 min break), 6 days per week
