The company specializes in Industrial IoT, smart infrastructure, and AI-led platforms — partnering with global OEMs and Fortune 500 enterprises across smart buildings, smart factories, energy, and industrial automation across North America, Europe, Japan, and APAC.
The Prospect
We're looking for a high-impact sales leader to own the global go-to-market strategy and scale the business from $25M to $100M+. This role reports directly to the CEO — with a clear path to step into the CEO seat within 6–12 months, based on performance.
What You'll Own
? Global GTM strategy across NA, Europe, Japan & APAC
? $1M+ enterprise deal origination & closure (6–12 month cycles)
? Building and scaling a global sales organization from the ground up
? C-suite relationships with industrial OEMs, manufacturing enterprises, building tech & energy leaders
? Sales governance — pipeline discipline, forecasting, CRM
What You Bring
✅ 20+ years in enterprise tech / engineering / industrial sales
✅ Proven track record scaling businesses from 0 to $25M–$100M+
✅ Experience closing $1M+ deals in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
✅ Deep domain expertise in Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, smart infrastructure, industrial automation
✅ Strong North America exposure (mandatory), with experience across Europe & Japan
✅ A genuine "hunter" mindset — you create pipeline, you don't wait for it.
