Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Ahmedabad.
The Chartered
Accountant will manage financial accounting, general ledger entries, and preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include budgeting, variance analysis, cost control, and financial reporting for rig operations and other service lines. The role involves handling direct and indirect tax compliance, coordinating audits, ensuring adherence to HSE-related financial controls, and supporting contract evaluations and tenders from a financial perspective.
The Chartered
Accountant will collaborate with management on cash flow planning, capital expenditure analysis,
and financial risk assessment to support strategic expansion and diversification initiatives.

Experience - 12 To 15 Years (10 Years Corporate Experience Is Mandatory)
Education – CA
Salary - up to 16 LPA

Key Responsibilities
· Handle complete accounting operations, including books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations
· Finalization of accounts (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual) as per applicable Accounting Standards
· Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and MIS reports
· Lead and manage the accounts team, allocate work, and ensure timely closure of tasks
· Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory filings
· Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants
· Review and control Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, and inter-company accounts
· Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
· Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, accounting policies, and internal controls
· Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance
· Proven experience in team leadership and supervision
· Hands-on experience in account finalization
· Proficient in Tally / ERP systems / MS Excel
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualification & Experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), B.com, M.com, MBA,
12–15 years of relevant experience in accounting, finalization, and team handling
- Industry and/or CA firm experience preferred
