This position is based at our corporate office in Hyderabad and may include travel to the factory as required.

Role Description

We are looking for two qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) for the following positions:

1. Finance & Accounts: Strong expertise in Financial Analysis & Controllership, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Planning.
2. Credit & Risk: Strong expertise in Credit Underwriting, , Risk Assessment, and Working Capital Analysis.

1 .Finance & Accounts: Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

- Prepare and finalize financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Conduct Balance Sheet, P&L;, and Cash Flow analysis.
- Analyse financial performance, profitability, liquidity, and key ratios.
- Prepare MIS reports and variance analysis for senior management.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Ensure compliance and strengthen financial controls.




- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
- Improve reporting automation, dashboards, and Tally, ERP-based processes.

2 .Credit & Risk:Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

- Conduct detailed credit underwriting and proposal evaluation.
- Analyse financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
- Evaluate repayment capacity and prepare credit appraisal reports.
- Perform cash flow and working capital analysis, including receivables, payables and inventory.
- Conduct financial, business and industry risk analysis.
- Recommend risk mitigation measures and provide clear observations for management review.
- Prepare credit appraisal notes, risk assessment reports and management presentations.
- Support senior stakeholders with financial insights for decision-making.

Competencies

- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- High attention to detail and sound judgement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally and financial modelling.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Expertise in financial statement analysis, MIS reporting and FP&A.;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Tally).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

(Candidates with less than 3 years or more than 5 years of experience will not be considered)
