Role Description The Chartered Accountant will oversee financial accounting, statutory compliance, and management reporting for the manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing general ledger entries, and ensuring compliance with taxation, GST, and other regulatory requirements. The role involves budgeting, cost analysis, variance reporting, and supporting internal and external audits.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate with operations and senior management to provide financial insights, optimize cost structures,



and strengthen internal controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jadcherla.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as an Intermediate Chartered Accountant or Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger management, and preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Experience with taxation, GST, statutory compliance, and familiarity with Indian corporate and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to perform budgeting, cost accounting, variance analysis, and financial planning in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skill in using accounting software and ERP systems, along with strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Attention to detail, robust analytical and problem-solving skills, and a focus on accuracy and internal controls.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Prior experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred; exposure to export and multi-location operations is an added advantage.
