Role Description This is a full time role based in Ahmedabad for the position of Channel Head – IFAs. The role involves leading and growing the Independent Financial Advisors (IFA) channel, including identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners to drive AUM and revenue growth.

The Channel

Head will design and implement channel sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular business reviews and forecasts. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and motivating the sales team, conducting market analysis, coordinating with internal product and marketing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The role also requires active relationship management with key IFAs through regular meetings, training sessions, and support ini tiatives.Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Channel Sales and Sales skills to drive business growth through IFAs.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, track performance, and optimize channel strategies.
- Candidates should possess experience working with Channel Partners, preferably IFAs or similar distribution networks in financial services.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Management abilities to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Relevant experience in mutual funds, asset management, or financial products distribution is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., NISM, CFP) are an advantage.
- Ability to work with targets, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
