Company Description CryptoDeposit.Org is a compliance-architected, KYC-ready stablecoin deposit protocol focused on fixed-term, fixed-rate obligations for institutional users. Unlike typical on-chain yield products, it is designed around auditability, explicit balance sheet treatment, policy-aware issuance and payouts, and replayable books and records that are easier for risk and compliance teams to understand. The protocol issues tokenized bills via smart contracts and integrates a treasury contract, compliance and Travel Rule registries, authenticated server control, HSM/KMS-capable signing, and a double-entry accounting and reconciliation layer.

This architecture creates a transparent, regulator-friendly alternative to anonymous or purely pool-based yield protocols and many permissioned products that do not embed Travel Rule enforcement at the contract level. While full KYC/KYB onboarding and the broader compliance stack are still being built, the system is already designed to align with institutional, auditor, and regulator expectations.

Role Description The CEX Partnerships role is a full-time, remote position responsible for building and expanding strategic relationships with centralized exchanges and related institutional partners. Day-to-day activities include identifying and prioritizing target exchanges, leading outreach and relationship development, and structuring partnership opportunities that drive adoption of CryptoDeposit’s stablecoin deposit protocol. The role involves coordinating technical and operational integrations with exchange teams,



collaborating with product, compliance, and engineering to align offerings with partner requirements, and maintaining a pipeline of partnership opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and execution.

This position also requires tracking market trends in CeFi and DeFi, gathering partner feedback to inform product strategy, and representing CryptoDeposit.Org in external discussions with a transparent, compliant, and risk-aware narrative.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate exchange opportunities, market data, and partnership performance.
- Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services, including managing end-to-end partner lifecycles.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Sales-oriented capabilities, including negotiation, deal structuring, and closing partnership agreements that create mutual value.
- Familiarity with centralized exchanges, stablecoins, and crypto market structure; understanding of compliance, KYC, and institutional requirements is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple initiatives, and collaborate effectively across product, compliance, and engineering.
- Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales; a background in finance, economics, business, or a related field is an advantage.
