Centre Manager – Visit Clinics

Visit Clinics is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead end-to-end operations of our clinics and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day clinic operations, centre performance, service quality, and patient experience.
- Lead Doctor hiring, onboarding, scheduling, engagement, and performance management in coordination with clinical leadership.
- Build and manage the clinic team, driving productivity, accountability, service standards, and employee engagement.
- Drive centre-level business performance, utilisation, revenue, cost efficiency, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure smooth coordination across doctors, clinical teams, front office, support functions, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, operational, quality, and regulatory standards.




- Identify and implement initiatives to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and centre growth.
- Support recent initiatives and contribute to the expansion and scaling of Visit Clinics.

Ideal Candidate

- 8+ years of experience in Hospitality management, healthcare, hospital, clinic, or healthcare services operations.
- Strong experience in clinic/centre management, doctor management, and team leadership.
- Good understanding of business metrics, P&L;, patient experience, and operational excellence.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
