Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Career Advisor (Night Shift - Outbound - International Process) located in Rajarhat.

The Career

Advisor will conduct outbound calls to international prospective learners and professionals, providing guidance on suitable educational programs, training options, and career pathways.

Responsibilities include assessing individual career goals, explaining program features and benefits, addressing questions or concerns,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM or related systems. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on course offerings and industry trends, meeting performance targets, and delivering a professional and empathetic advising experience.

The Career

Advisor will work night shift hours to align with international time zones and must uphold ethical and non-discriminatory advising practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Career Counseling and Career Development.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills in Career Management and Student Counseling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in academic advising, training sales, or an international outbound process is beneficial.
- Ability to work night shifts, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and a client-centric approach to guidance.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, telecalling systems, and basic office software.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in counseling or guidance are an advantage.
