About Youthfluence

Youthfluence is a youth marketing agency that helps brands connect with college students and Gen Z audiences across India.

We work with brands across campus marketing, college activations, student communities, creator-led campaigns, product sampling, user acquisition and other youth-focused initiatives.

A large part of what we do involves working directly with college societies, student organisations, campus representatives and student communities to execute campaigns on-ground and digitally.

We are now looking for someone who can help us strengthen and scale these relationships.

About the Role

As a Campus Partnerships & Community Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing Youthfluence's network across colleges.

This is primarily a people, partnerships and execution role.

You will regularly interact with college societies, student teams, campus representatives and participants; onboard them for campaigns; communicate campaign requirements; follow up on deliverables; and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and within timelines.

You should be comfortable spending a significant part of your day talking to people on WhatsApp and calls, following up, maintaining relationships and coordinating multiple college teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to relevant college societies, student organisations, clubs,

campus communities and student representatives across colleges.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with college POCs and student teams instead of approaching them only when a campaign is live.
- Onboard college societies, student teams, campus representatives and participants for Youthfluence campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign execution through WhatsApp, calls and other communication channels.
- Regularly follow up with student teams and participants to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Collect campaign submissions, participation data, content links, screenshots, execution proofs and other required information.
- Coordinate campus activations, college promotions, student creator campaigns, sampling campaigns, campus ambassador programmes, event promotions and other youth-focused initiatives.
- Identify new colleges, societies and student communities that can become part of Youthfluence's wider campus network.
- Support the creation and management of student communities and engagement initiatives across colleges.
- Maintain organised databases and trackers containing college contacts, society details, campaign participation, outreach status and other relevant information.
- Share regular campaign and outreach updates with the internal team.

- Assist with other campus marketing, community-building and campaign-related activities depending on business requirements.

Who Should Apply

This role would suit someone who:

- Is a graduate, final-year student with full time availability, or an early-career professional interested in campus marketing, partnerships, community management or youth marketing.
- Has experience with college societies, student organisations, college festivals, campus ambassador programmes, community management, events, PR, sponsorships, marketing or student outreach.
- Is confident communicating with new people through WhatsApp, calls and email.
- Is comfortable with regular follow-ups and does not hesitate to call someone when required.
- Can manage conversations and coordination with multiple college teams simultaneously.
- Is organised and comfortable maintaining trackers and databases using Google Sheets / Excel.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Can take ownership of tasks and follow through until execution is completed rather than only initiating conversations.
- Understands college culture and knows how student societies and campus communities operate.

Strong college society, fest, committee, sponsorship, PR or student leadership experience can also be relevant for this position.

Saturday and Sunday are not regular working days. However, because some campaigns and college activations may take place over weekends, occasional coordination or Work From Home support may be required depending on campaign requirements.
