Role & responsibilities
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar HR or back-office role.
Robust command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Experience working in an international organization, shared service center, or outsourcing setting.
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly process-driven environment with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and compliance.
Acts with integrity, discretion and professionalism at all times, ensuring confidential and sensitive information is handled responsibly and in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and a structured, disciplined approach to work.
Robust administrative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow documented procedures, work instructions and governance requirements while identifying risks, missing information and opportunities for improvement.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel,



and the ability to work effectively with multiple business.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize workload and appropriately escalate issues, exceptions or risks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills when collaborating with colleagues across different countries, cultures and time zones.
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive employee, payroll and business information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to increasing efficiency, standardization and service quality.
Success in this role requires the ability to distinguish between standard process execution and situations that require escalation, additional review or local decision-making.
