Lead the delivery of ServiceNow projects (ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules) from initiation to completion
Manage all aspects of project management and delivery for scope, timelines, budget, and resources through the full project lifecycle aligned to Danahers project management process.
Develop detailed project plans, define scope, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks and organizational standards.
Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and functional consultants to ensure solutions are aligned with best practices and platform capabilities.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, expectation management, and alignment between business and IT teams.
Collaborate with change management teams to drive user adoption, training, and business readiness.




Proactively identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.
Track budgets, manage cost forecasts, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Allocate and manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal team performance and delivery outcomes.
Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders and leadership.
Proven project management experience in ServiceNow implementations
