We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Plant & Machinery Engineer with around Minimum 2+ years of experience to manage the installation, maintenance, and operations of construction equipment at real estate project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functioning of all machinery, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.

Role & responsibilities
Installation, repairs and maintenance of Batching Plants, Tower cranes and concreting equipment's
Repairs and maintenance of hydraulic equipment's .
Construction power supply and water supply Installations.
To handle a project independently.
Awareness to ISO Procedures & follow established safety rules and regulations.
Identify vendors for spares / Equipment's.
Experience/ Exposure in procurement/ Repairs & Maintenance/ Disposal of Earth Moving Equipment's- Excavators, Loaders,



Graders, Bulldozers, Loading Shovels, JCBs Construction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four Wheelers ) Material Handling Equipment - Cranes Construction Equipment's- Tower Cranes, TBM, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Pavers, Road Rollers, Batching plants, etc

Preferred candidate profile
Education : B.E / B. Tech / Dip - Mechanical / Electrical .
Experience : Minimum 2+ years ( Building Projects - High Raise Buildings).
Location : Open for the locations - Bengaluru & Kerala - Should have worked mandatory with Plant and Machinery (Construction machinery experience, Heavy machinery experience from Real estate / Construction Background in Building or Bridge Projects)
