Visit schools, colleges, communities, and job fairs to promote training programs and mobilize prospective candidates.
Counsel students and their families on available training programs, career pathways, apprenticeship prospects, and employment prospects.
Organize awareness activities such as community meetings, workshops, seminars, and street plays to increase program visibility and participation.
Build and maintain relationships with teachers, principals, parents, community leaders, and other stakeholders to support candidate mobilization efforts.
Ensure student enrollment, attendance, and active participation in training programs.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, candidate interactions, enrollments, and submit regular progress reports.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in education, EdTech, training, skill development,



admissions counselling, or institutional sales.
Candidates from other field-sales industries may also apply, provided they have solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage with students, parents, educational institutions, corporate clients, or other stakeholders professionally.
Comfortable with field visits, lead generation, follow-ups, client meetings, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Should be self-motivated, confident, customer-focused, and willing to learn about education and training products/services.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Bengali and the relevant local language will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting is preferred.
