Interior Project Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure proper execution, workmanship, quality, dimensions, levels, and finishing standards.
Review drawings and coordinate site measurements, setting-out, and technical requirements.
Monitor manpower, material availability, productivity, and work progress.
Coordinate material requirements, delivery, storage, and consumption at site.
Take and verify site measurements for executed works and subcontractor billing.
Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies, delays, and variations and report them to the Project Manager.
Conduct inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects and snags.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, photographs, measurements, and inspection documents.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and site discipline requirements.
Coordinate final snagging, rectification, and project handover activities.
