Responsibilities
In-process inspection of panel fabrication, wiring, assembly of partial finished panels.
Inspection document readiness of PLC, LV drives, MV drives performed at Factory.
Coordinate with TPI inspection agency for carry out inspection for Electrical instrumentation equipment.
If required attend critical inspection in-person.
Lead quality initiative like Six Sigma, 5S, offer safety, ISO certification.
Conduct field feedback review provide feedback to engineering, Manufacturing.
Participate in root cause analysis, vendor evaluation etc.

Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing of panel industries.
Analytical problem-solving skills.
Solid debugging capability.
Effective communication and technical documentation skills.
Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
Customer-focused approach with robust teamwork skills.
