We are hiring Japanese Language Experts with minimum JLPT N2 / NAT-TEST Q2 certification for an 8-month contractual role in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Japanese & English email communication and queries.
Manage tickets/cases and provide timely resolution.
Support Vendor Services / Vendor Support activities.
Work on E-commerce, Catalog Maintenance and Product Detail Page (PDP) processes.
Coordinate with vendors/business stakeholders.
Maintain quality and accuracy as per process requirements.
Required Skills
JLPT N2 / NAT-TEST Q2 certification – Mandatory
Positive Japanese & English communication skills.
Experience in Vendor Support, E-commerce, Catalog, PDP, Ticket Handling, VM, BS or Email Support will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working from Noida and on an 8-month contract.
