Managed full-cycle recruitment for positions preferably Audiologists, Tele-Audiologists, Hearing Ambassadors, Hearing Instrument Specialists, Patient Care Coordinators, Clinic Administrators, and Customer Support specialists across the United States. Supported high-volume and niche hiring requirements while ensuring compliance with client hiring standards and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities
Managed end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding for healthcare and hearing-care positions.
Partnered with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, licensing requirements, and candidate qualifications.
Sourced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, skilled healthcare networks, referrals, and ATS databases.




Conducted initial screening interviews to evaluate clinical experience, certifications, state licensure, communication skills, and cultural fit.
