We are looking for a sharp, client-facing qualified to drive Business Development, Client Engagement and HR Consulting Projects.
The role involves working with CEOs, CXOs, CHROs, HR and TA teams to develop business opportunities and manage client engagements across:
HR Consulting Project management
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Employee Wellness
Diversity & Inclusion
Inclusion Audits
HR Courses & Certification Programs
CSR initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
Strong B2B Business Development and Client Relationship experience
Experience dealing with CEO/CXO/CHRO/HR/TA stakeholders
Experience managing HR consulting projects at client locations, including coordination with client and internal teams
Ability to develop current accounts and grow existing relationships
Good understanding of HR / Talent / People solutions
Solid communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
MBA HR preferred
Willingness to travel across Andheri, Bandra and South Mumbai as required
Travel involved in and around Mumbai , Pune.
