Job Summary

A Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of an organization, overseeing both daily financial operations and long-term economic strategy. They guide executive leadership in making sound business decisions by analyzing data, managing risk, and ensuring compliance.

Financial Planning and Analysis
Lead the annual budgeting process and create detailed financial forecasts.
Analyze market trends and competitor performance to find prospects for business expansion or cost reduction.
Evaluate the financial viability of current projects, acquisitions, or product lines.

Reporting and Compliance
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Ensure all financial operations comply with legal standards, corporate tax regulations, and established accounting principles.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of external and internal financial audits.

Cash Flow and Treasury Management
Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.




Manage daily cash flow to ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity to meet its operational obligations.
Oversee the company's capital structure, maintain banking relationships, and manage the investment of surplus funds.

Risk Management and Controls
Identify potential financial or market risks to the company and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets and prevent fraud or errors.
Evaluate and manage corporate insurance policies and coverage requirements.

Strategic Leadership
Advise senior executives and department heads on business planning and high-level financial decisions.
Build, manage, and mentor a team of financial analysts, accountants, and administrative support staff.
Streamline financial processes and implement recent accounting software or systems to improve reporting efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
