About the Role

Karpagam Grandplex is looking for enthusiastic and service-minded individuals to be part of our front-line guest experience team.

As a Guest Experience Executive, you will interact directly with customers across different areas of the cinema and help ensure that every visit is smooth, welcoming and professionally managed.

What You’ll Do
Greet and assist guests across the cinema premises.
Help customers with tickets, screen directions, seating and general enquiries.
Manage queues and guest movement during busy show timings.
Check auditorium readiness before every show.
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
Assist guests during entry, interval and exit.
Support concession counters during peak periods when required.
Explain food combos, offers and cinema experiences to guests.
Handle basic customer concerns and involve the supervisor when necessary.
Keep an eye out for maintenance, cleanliness or safety issues and report them promptly.
Work closely with the operations, F&B;, security and housekeeping teams.




Follow all company service, grooming and safety standards.

Eligibility

Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

Experience in hotels, restaurants, retail, cinemas or other customer-facing hospitality roles will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹18,0000 – ₹22,000 per month
