Roles and Responsibilities :
Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, IRDAI, and other relevant authorities in the financial services industry.
Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
Conduct regular audits and monitoring to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.
File periodic compliance returns with IRDAI & GIC.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Monitor and implement IRDAI circulars relevant to Health/Motor sectors

Job Requirements :
3+ years of experience in general insurance or a related field.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry (SEBI).
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
Excellent reporting skills with the ability to prepare transparent reports on compliance matters.
Preferred domain expertise: Health and Motor Compliance
