Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement SAP DMS including document types, statuses, originals, and versioning
Integrate DMS with SAP modules (e.g., PM, MM, PS, QM, and PLM)
Setup document repositories, content servers, and KPro configuration
Integrate external storage systems or archive servers with SAP DMS
Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide technical support
Customize workflows related to document approvals and lifecycle
Create end-user documentation and provide training to key users
Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, BASIS, and infrastructure teams
Ensure compliance with corporate document security and retention policies

Required Skills Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP DMS implementation/support
Strong understanding of document metadata, originals handling, and classification
Experience with SAP Content Server, ArchiveLink, and 3rd-party storage integrations




Valuable knowledge of document workflows and change management processes
Familiarity with SAP GUI and WebGUI for DMS functionality
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Robust communication and documentation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Preferred Skills:
Experience in S/4HANA DMS or SAP PLM DMS settings
Knowledge of cloud-based DMS integrations (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint)
Understanding of SAP authorization concepts for document access
Experience working in regulated industries (Oil Gas, Pharma, Public Sector)
