What were looking for:

We need a strong B2B Sales Professional with 5+ years of proven experience who can independently generate recent business, acquire international clients, build robust relationships, negotiate effectively, and successfully close deals.

This is not just a team-management position. The selected candidate will be actively involved in sales and revenue generation while also leading and developing our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert international B2B leads

• Acquire new overseas clients and business opportunities

• Handle client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations & deal closures

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets

• Lead, train & mentor the sales team

• Improve team performance and conversion rates

• Develop strategies for international market expansion

• Build long-term relationships with international clients
