Operational Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Maintain full compliance with brand standards, SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
Monitor kitchen and counter operations to ensure product quality and service speed.
Implement operational processes to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.
Sales & Profitability
Deliver restaurant business targets including sales, P&L;, controllable costs, labor productivity, and profitability.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, local marketing, and community engagement.
Analyze business reports and implement action plans to improve performance.
People Leadership
Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff across all positions.
Plan and maintain effective manpower scheduling as per business requirements.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Ensure compliance with employee management policies including attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
Guest Experience




Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through high service standards and quick resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain a guest-focused setting and set an example of excellent customer service.
Review guest feedback regularly and implement improvements.
Inventory & Cost Control
Manage ordering, receiving, inventory control, and stock rotation.
Control wastage, pilferage, food cost, and other controllable expenses.
Maintain accurate records as per company policies.
Safety, Security & Compliance
Ensure adherence to all FSSAI, health & safety, fire safety, and statutory compliance.
Maintain equipment, restaurant assets, and ensure preventive maintenance.
Ensure cash handling and banking processes are accurate and secure.
