Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure multiple SuccessFactors modules as per business needs
Integrate SuccessFactors modules with SAP HCM, third-party, and cloud systems
Conduct requirements gathering, blueprinting, and GAP analysis
Customize workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions
Perform data migration, validations, and testing (SIT/UAT)
Train HR users and create documentation/user guides
Provide post-go-live support and handle enhancement requests
Work closely with functional teams, technical developers, and client stakeholders

Required Skills Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Solid expertise in EC, Compensation, LMS, RCM, ONB, and PMGM
Certification in at least 2+ SuccessFactors modules
Experience with integrations using SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or API-based solutions




Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, IT, or equivalent
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with public sector or large enterprise clients
Knowledge of People Analytics / Workforce Planning
Familiarity with GDPR, data security, and compliance in HRIS systems
Experience with hybrid settings (SAP HCM + SuccessFactors)
