Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail staff and management roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Manage offer, selection, joining, and onboarding processes.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with store managers and HR teams to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure positions are filled quickly and within recruitment budgets.
Support bulk hiring during current store openings and seasonal requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 13 years in recruitment, preferably retail, FMCG,



or staffing.
Skills: Robust sourcing, screening, interviewing, and communication skills.
Retail Knowledge: Understanding of store-level hiring and bulk recruitment.
Tools: Comfortable with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/HRMS, and MS Excel.
Personal Qualities: Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and positive at relationship building.
Preferred: Experience hiring sales associates, store managers, cashiers, and other retail staff.
Availability: Candidates who can join within a short notice period are preferred.
