Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.)
Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations
Perform system copies, backups, restores, and transport management
Monitor and optimize SAP system performance
Ensure high availability, system security, and disaster recovery readiness
Manage integrations with third-party and cloud systems (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS)
Apply patches, kernel upgrades, and OSS notes
Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
Maintain technical documentation and change records

Required Skills Qualifications:
8+ years in SAP BASIS administration across complex landscapes
Expertise in SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and Linux/Unix platforms
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or upgrades
Robust understanding of SAP architecture and technical components




Experience with transport management, CTS+, and system refreshes
Proficient in troubleshooting performance and security issues
Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP in public sector/government settings
SAP Certification in BASIS or HANA administration
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform or SAP BTP
Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible or SAP LVM
