Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop 3D moulds using software like Creo and Auto CAD.

• Prepare detailed mould assembly drawings including core and cavity.

• Design and manage complete mould assemblies, sliders, and cooling systems.

• Perform mould flow analysis and optimize design for better performance.

• Ensure accuracy and quality of design as per production requirements.

• Coordinate with production and tool room teams for design execution.

• Modify and improve existing mould designs as required.

• Maintain proper documentation of design drawings and revisions.

Required Skills:

• Solid knowledge of 3D mould design (Creo, AutoCAD).

• Hands-on experience in mould assembly design, core & cavity development.

• Knowledge of sliders, cooling systems, and mould mechanisms.

• Basic understanding of mould flow analysis.

• Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
