Role & responsibilities
Strategic Prospect Development:
Identify, evaluate, and develop current business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer requirements. Contribute to long-term business growth strategies.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
Drive high-quality lead generation through structured outreach strategies including cold calling, networking, client visits, and digital channels. Ensure a robust and consistent sales pipeline aligned with business targets.
Key Account Management:
Manage and grow relationships with key clients by understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as a single point of contact for strategic accounts.
Consultative & Solution Selling:
Lead client discussions, conduct detailed requirement analysis, and propose customized, value-driven solutions aligned with client objectives and technical feasibility.
Team Coordination & Leadership:
Guide and support junior team members,



ensuring alignment with business goals and sales targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams.
CRM & Sales Analytics:
Ensure accurate and timely updates of all sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM systems. Analyze sales data to improve conversion rates and decision-making.
Commercial Negotiation & Closure:
Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
